Our Philosophy ~
It's ALL connected! - body, mind, spirit.
You are a twinkling star! You shine your brilliant light
simply by BEING who you naturally are.
Stars don't TRY to twinkle - they just twinkle, right?
When you truly love and accept who you are,
and just allow yourself to be you,
you will then naturally be inspired to take certain actions
which will help you manifest what you want.
You will trust your inner wisdom about when to act,
and when to wait - "twinkle,"
As you learn to love ALL parts of yourself, you heal, flow and glow.
You will discover your creative purpose, and free yourself
to allow for its authentic expression.
FUN and PLAY are also very important for connecting to
our spirit and allowing our creativity to flow. Life is
really our playground, and the more we allow ourselves to
play, experiment, and to ENJOY THE PROCESS,
the more we are liberated from limiting beliefs,
and can tap into and explore limitless possibilities.
Despite what you may have been told,
you can't mess it up! We just keep evolving.
It works from the inside out.
When your thoughts and beliefs about yourself
are in alignment with your desires,
you will attract those things into your life with ease and grace.
Twinkling Star coaching incorporates a "Flush, Flow, Glow" approach.
1) FLUSH -
First we work with the Poopinator to FLUSH
out false and limiting beliefs you many not even be aware you have.
We work together to discover your true heart's desires, and work/play
to release anything that may be holding you back from having them.
2) FLOW-
Next you will learn how to FLOW with your own inner wisdom,
so you make decisions that feel right to you,
that are in alignment with your TRUE HEART'S DESIRES.

3) GLOW -
As this gets easier with practice, and you find your
natural rhythm and flow, you will automatically begin
to GLOW from the inside out!
